Valkeisen Loma's Reindeer Park
When you visit our reindeer park, you’ll feel as if you’re in Lapland. Meet our friendly reindeer and learn about these arctic creatures.
There are currently about ten reindeer living in our reindeer park: including the big boys Visa and Pikku-V, Valtti who came to us from the Ähtäri Zoo, everybody´s friend Wagner, and reindeer named by our guests; Veronica, Valhalla and Vaillant.
All our reindeer are tame and love lichen, which you can feed them during your visit. You can visit the reindeer park and make friends with the herd, or even join the reindeer walk through nearby woods. Alternatively, you are welcome to buy a bag of lichen from the reception and feed the reindeer over the fence.
